Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan. Billing occurs on the same date each month or year.
You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or fees.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll continue to have access to Pro features until that date.
Due to the digital nature of our service, we do not offer refunds for Pro subscriptions (monthly or yearly).

When you cancel your Pro subscription, your account converts to the free plan. We do not delete your data at cancellation, because we need it to continue providing the free service to you. We only delete your data if you explicitly request account or data deletion.
You can export your data from the in-app Settings at any time.
You can reactivate your Pro subscription at any time by logging in and subscribing again.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.
